2. Online Booking and Appointments

- Confirmation: All online bookings are subject to confirmation by Tome & Torque. We may contact you to verify details or suggest alternative times if your preferred slot is unavailable.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or a denial of future online booking privileges.
- No-Shows: Repeated no-shows without prior notification may result in a denial of future service.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices for services are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice. An estimate will be provided before commencement of work.
- Estimates: Estimates provided are based on the initial assessment and may vary if additional parts or labor are required once work commences. We will always seek your approval for any significant additional costs.
- Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of services and before vehicle handover. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of service.
- Overdue Accounts: Tome & Torque reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts as per Australian consumer law.
4. Warranty on Services and Parts
We stand by the quality of our work. Details of our warranty policy on repairs and parts will be provided at the time of service. This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tome & Torque will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our service;

- Any content obtained from our service; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the services.

Our brand name, logos, and service marks are proprietary to Tome & Torque and may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
